Fall Clothing Swap

The Fall Clothing Swap is on November 4, 2017 at 9:00 AM until 1:00PM. Kids outgrow their clothes and shoes so quickly. If you are a family on a budget, you might find yourself wracking your brain on how to keep their closet updated with fresh clothes that fit. The Clothing Swap is a free event where parents and children can bring gently used children’s clothing to trade. You can bring clothes that your own kids no longer fit into or clothes that they no longer wear. For every item that you bring, you get to take that same amount of items home with you. For example, if you bring ten items of clothing and four pairs of shoes, you can take 14 items home with you. You bring your items to a volunteer and then you are able to choose through items that have been brought by other families. (more…)

Mansfield Event: Boo Bash

Looking for another safe way to celebrate Halloween with the kiddos? The Mansfield Activities Center is throwing a Boo Bash! The event will be a carnival-style night of candy, games, snacks, and crafts. The event is designed for children ages 2 to 6 years old, but children of all ages are absolutely welcome. Children must have an accompanying parent to attend the event. Any children under the age of two years old must pre-register for safety reasons. Along with carnival style games, the Boo Bash will include festive activities like bobbing for apples and s’mores.
