Community Events

  1. Murder and Mayhem Book Discussion: The Mansfield Public Library will be hosting their Murder and Mayhem Book Club on Wednesday, June 26th from 10:30am until 11:30am. June’s book is Then She Was Gone by Lisa Jewell. Admission is free and the club is open to participants ages 18 and up. There is no need to register beforehand! The library is located on 104 South Wisteria Street. A great club for lovers of true crime!
  2. Space Bath Bomb: On Thursday, June 27th from 2pm until 3:30pm children ages 13 to 17 can create a Space Bath Bomb using natural ingredients! The cost is free and your children have an excellent chance to create something new and learn a little about science and self-care!
  3. Get Crafty for Adults: The Mansfield Public Library, located on 104 South Wisteria Street, is hosting a Get Crafty Event for Adults on Thursday, June 17th from 6pm until 7:30pm. Each month is a special themed craft that participants ages 18 and older can create. You must register beforehand, as space is limited. Admission is free!
  4. Movie Matinee: The Mansfield Public Library is hosting a movie matinee on Friday, June 28th from 3pm until 5pm. This week will be the family-friendly action movie Bumblebee. There is no need to register prior to the event, and the program is free! There will be popcorn of course. A great way to cool off and enjoy a fun movie with your family. The library is located on 104 South Wisteria.
