What’s Happening In Mansfield?

This weekend and next week there will be a number of fun and exciting events for the whole family to take part in. Community Events

  1. Family Place Playtime: The Mansfield Public Library will be hosting Family Place Playtime on Friday, Match 29th from 11am until 2pm. The event is free and offers open playtime for young children to learn how to communicate and interact with each other while having a great time. Parents must stay with their children. The library is located at 104 South Wisteria. A great event for your little ones to enjoy!
  2. Junior Angler: Kids ages 6 through 16 can enjoy Junior Angler Classes on Friday, March 29th from 5:30pm until 7:30pm. The class takes place at the Elmer W. Oliver Nature Park on 1650 Matlock Road. Admission is $20 for early bird admission; $22 on the day of the class. The class offers hands-on lessons about fishing. Learn a new skill and make some new friends.
  3. Xbox One Gaming: The Mansfield Public Library, located on 104 South Wisteria, is hosting Teen Xbox One Gaming on Saturday, March 30th from 1pm until 3pm. This interactive gaming event is open to kids ages 9 to 17. Admission is free! A great way to spend a lazy Saturday afternoon.
  4. Kids Night Out: The Mansfield Activities Center, located at 106 South Wisteria, is hosting a Kids Night Out Event for children between the ages of 6 and 12 on Saturday, Match 30th from 5pm until 9pm. Admission is $12 if purchased beforehand, $15 on the day of. While parents get a night off, kids enjoy an open gym, concessions, crafts, movies, and food.
