In just a few weeks, Mansfield’s music festival heats up historic Mansfield with performances by 15 bands in 11 locations. From October 13 to 18, Mansfield’s Hot Beats & Cold Brews free concert series will attract crowds from Mansfield, Texas and surrounding communities. The Hot Beats and Cold Brews concert in Mansfield has undergone a number of changes over the past 8 years. Event organizers decided that most of this year’s festival will occur indoors, taking place over six days in restaurants, studios, and shops around historic Mansfield. Event organizers says bands will spread out, performing from Walnut Creek Drive to Big D BBQ and Kupa Tea. Most of the bands will perform indoors and all within the limits of historic Mansfield. Event organizers maintain the festival’s focus on music, but they also want to showcase historic Mansfield as a source of entertainment and excellent live music. The Hot Beats and Cold Brews concert will feature a variety of musical styles including Cajun, soul, blues, rock, and country western, drawing musicians from Texas and surrounding states.
