Once again, we would like to talk about the fun events happening in Mansfield, TX, this month! With fall finally here and the weather starting to cool down a little bit, you’ll be looking for fun community events for your family to enjoy. In addition, we would like to remind patients that we’re ready to see you and help you attend fall events with a brighter smile.
Community Events
- Chunk Your Junk and Shred Day: Do you have items you want to discard that are too big for your trashcan? Do you have boxes of paper you would rather see shredded then simply discarded? Then be sure to take part in our Chunk Your Junk and Shred Day on Saturday, October 5th from 8am until noon. Simply bring your items to 616 South Wisteria. This event is free and a great way to finally clear out your garage!
- International Observe the Moon Night: International Observe the Moon Night is on Saturday, October 5th from 6:30m until 8:00pm. The Mansfield Public Library will be working with the Fort Worth Astronomical Society to help members of the community view the moon and enjoy a great time!
- Resume Creator and Headshots: If you need help creating you resume or having professional headshots taken, then come to this free event hosted by the Mansfield Public Library on 104 South Wisteria. The event will take place on Saturday, October 5th from 1pm until 2:30pm. The class is open for people 15 and older, and you will receive free professional career advice and headshots!
- Story Time for Tots: If you have a child between the ages of 18 months and 3 years, bring him or her for Story Time for Tots on Saturday, October 5th from 10:30am until 11:00am at the Mansfield Public Library on 104 South Wisteria. The event is free and features 30 minutes of song, rhymes, books, and finger-plays!
