On March 11 and 12, Mansfield will kick of its annual Pickle Parade And Palooza! There will be several festivities over the weekend, including a parade, a 5K and 10K run, and musical performances. On March 11, the event kicks off with a special screening of Grease at the Movie Night at Town Park. Then on March 12, a full day of fun activities will be offered up to the community. Food and drinks will also be available. This is your chance to see Mansfield’s unique way of celebrating its status as the pickle capital of Texas.

When:

Grease is being screened at the Movie Night at Town Park on Friday, March 11 at 7 pm. Events for the Pickle Parade And Palooza start the morning of Saturday, March 12, with a Pickle Run starting at 8 am.

Where:

The events will take place in downtown Mansfield, focused on Smith St., and Main St. A map of the event and parade is available here.

Activities Include:

The Pickle Run, a 5K and 10K race. The Pickle Parade will occur at 1 pm on March 12. There will also be contests, food and drink vendors, and live musical performances.
