Dental Sedation
For patients who are anxious about treatments, we offer dental sedation options, such as nitrous oxide (“laughing gas”) and oral sedation. Nitrous oxide is safe and takes effect quickly. It also wears off quickly, so you can drive back home or to work after your appointment. Oral sedation is a medication you take a few hours before your treatment. It causes deep, but awake, relaxation. Its effects take longer to wear off, so we recommend you have someone drive you home after your appointment. Whichever dental sedation you choose, our highly-trained staff will be by your side during the whole treatment to ensure you’re comfortable and responding appropriately to the medication.
Dental Technology
We utilize dental technology throughout our office to help make your visit and treatment accurate and precise. The types of safe technology we use include digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, and chairside monitors. We also employ 3D printing and CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing) technology, which produces a 3D image of your complete oral structures. These different technologies help us in developing personalized and comfortable dental care for you and your family.
